Marble Bar Asset Management LLP (MBAM)

A 1,115 m² office on the fourth floor of the Grade II* listed buildings of 12 St James’s Square, attributed to Thomas Cubitt in 1836 and 11 St James’s Square, 1736.

Bauencorp overcame significant mechanical and electrical limitations to accommodate over 110 dealers, maximising the occupancy in a listed West End building to technical and operational standards normally only seen in the City of London. The historical facade of the building facing the square incorporates the company’s elegant board room and contrasts with functionality of the trading floors behind.
